The Motorola Entice W766 is an upgraded version of the W755 and comes with a bigger screen, upgraded camera and advanced version 2.0 Bluetooth. Though an inexpensive phone, it does give you some great features and technology. The designing is pretty basic and simplistic though, with dual display screens and an alphanumeric keypad.
Some of the features the phone entices you with are - GPS technology, voice enabled menus, memory expandable up to 8 GB, BREW 3.1 Operating platform, download speeds of up to 700 kbps with EV-DO, a 2.0 megapixels camera, and an in-built MP3 player among others. The Motorola Entice W766 is a flip phone in the Silver and Black colors with a very simple and archetypal flip phone designing. You have an external display to keep track of the time, battery status, signal strength, who’s calling, texts etc. For everything else, the phone flips open to reveal 2.2 inches display with a resolution of 176x 220 pixels, and support for over 262,000 colors in TFT display. The Black keypad is alphanumeric, so you can type your messages the traditional way.
On the external display, the phone has touch sensitive icon cum indicator keys for Bluetooth and music controls- like play/pause, forward, rewind and mute. You can control these options without flipping the phone open, so music lovers should find another reason to rejoice. The Entice also has volume toggle keys, dedicated camera key and a speaker phone/smart key on the sides for easy access. The phone runs on the BREW 3.1 operating system for optimized performance. It also comes with a 2.5 mm headset jack to plug your headsets or headphones to talk or listen to music.
Bluetooth technology
The Motorola Entice W766 supports an advanced version Bluetooth 2.0.
