Product description
Motorola KRZR K1 design
The Motorola KRZR K1 is inspired in its designing, styling and technology by the RAZR. It is however, a taller and sleeker cousin of the former. In keeping with the usual styling, this one too has dual display screens to make the flip style more functional and appealing. The Silver finish body is also not unattractive. The small external display at 96x 80 pixels is enough to keep track of time, message alerts etc. the main display screen with 176x 220 pixels is a tad better than the RAZR, though a bit smaller in size.
The phone body has a charging port, volume toggle, USP port, and Voice command keys on the side. Touch-sensitive Music controls on the outside are a treat for music addicts. The keypad is alphanumeric and the jagged look of the RAZR keypad is conspicuous in its absence, though not something that the users will miss. The main menu however, is pretty drab, and does not offer any scope for customization, so you have to make do with the standard menu only. Great voice clarity along with TTY compatibility and iTAP predictive text entry features make it an ideal tool for communication.
Motorola factory Warranty
With the 1 year Motorola Factory warranty, your phone is safe and protected against covered damage, and any assistance or replacements that you may require are addressed with ease.
Bluetooth technology

You can also stream music from your phone to other compatible devices through the stereo headsets, making it even more attractive for those who like to listen to their music on the go.
PC synchronization
All you need is a USB cable (included in the box) and software (available separately) to connect your KRZR to your PC and synchronize it to transfer music, mails, contacts, pictures etc. With the mini USB port, the process hardly takes any time, and your data is transferred while you work on your PC.
Voice features
Apart from having great voice clarity, the KRZR also boasts of advanced voice menus and voice dialing features that do not even need any pre-training for you to access them! All you have to do is press the smart key on the side of your phone and use a few simple voice commands, and leave the rest to your phone. Both dialing, and accessing various phone menus/applications is a lot easier and quicker.
2.0 megapixels camera
While the camera quality is pretty much the same as the RAZR, the clarity does witness some improvement thanks to the digital zoom. The 2.0 megapixels camera has a resolution of 1600x 1200 pixels. The camera lets you tweak with the white balance, color, brightness etc
And even offers you self-timer and multi-shot modes. You can even add frames to your pictures and explore your creative side.
Also supports video capture and playback in MPEG4 and H.263 modes.
Messaging and Internet
The phone lets you send and receive text and multimedia messages with pictures and videos. You can chat with your friends on the Yahoo! AOL, MSN and ICQ messengers, and even send and receive emails with POP3 and SMTP.

Music features
The music player is very user-friendly and gives you a very comprehensive menu that lets you pick from your favorite artists, albums, track names, and even lets you shuffle them. While you can control your music through the 5-way navigation pad, the other alternative is the touch sensitive music controls next to the external display. You can play, pause and forward tracks, without even flipping your phone open!
