The toggle can be programmed to act as a shortcut to four different keys of your choice while its center functions as an OK button. The controls are just the right size for tactile activation. The keys are raised a bit so that they brightly lit by backlighting and prevent wrong dialing of numbers.
On the right side of the phone lies a volume rocker that is conveniently within reach for you to adjust the volume while you are on a call. The Xpressmusic can take in a whole lot of information through its phone book which can hold up to 2,000 contacts along with five entries per person, one email address, a URL, company name and job designation, formal name and nickname, street address and birthdays.
