Sony Ericsson’s latest offering is the TM506 in Scarlet Red with its simplistic designing, Black body with Scarlet Red edges and keypad, and not to mention, great technology. The phone comes in the flip style with a basic yet very smooth and easy to handle numeric keypad inside. A monochrome display on the outside takes care of the time, call and message alerts, signal strength etc. The main display screen is a 2.2 inches LCD with a resolution of 240x 320 pixels that gives unsurpassed picture quality. The phone supports the standard Sony menu interface, but gives you 3 menu display options- grid, rotating and Single Icon.
The phone is TTY and hearing aid compatible (rated T3/M3) making it an optimal communication tool. With the T9 predictive text feature, texting becomes a breeze. It supports the English, Spanish and French languages and comes with a Sony Ericsson factory warranty that protects your phone against damage for longer. The phone runs on the Java MIDP 2.0 platform for smaller applications like games.
Bluetooth technology
The Bluetooth technology (version 2.0) supports handsfree, headset and many profiles like DUN, OPP, FTP, HID etc. You can hold wireless conversations; listen to music or transfer photos, videos, music etc with Bluetooth. The A2DP stereo headsets stream music to and from other compatible devices. The phone is equipped with a 2.5 mm headset jack to plug your headphones.
