Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any of the products ordered through tmiWireless.com,
and wish to return it, you have 14 days from the date of activation (the activation date
is printed on your receipt) to cancel your wireless account and get out of your contract
with the carrier. A return label is included, at no extra cost, in your phone shipment
in case you decide to return the phone.
You must contact the wireless provider directly to cancel your service
(e.g., T-Mobile, Cingular, etc.). Usage fees may be charged by the wireless carrier.
