Verizon Wireless upgrade eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 11 months into your 1 year contract, or 20 months into your 2 year contract
- Your account must be in good financial standing and without late fees
- You agree to extend your contract 24 months from the date of the upgrade activation
- If you extend the contract for one or more lines of service on a family plan,
the contract term for the other line(s) of service on the family plan will not be
extended to the new contract end date of the upgraded line(s) of service
- Limitations: In all cases, however, you might be limited to Verizon Wireless upgrades based
on your previous usage history, payment history, and phone replacement history with Verizon Wireless.
Upgrade eligibility is solely determined by Verizon Wireless Mobility at its discretion.
